Blair’s War Criminal Network Exposed
Kia ora whānau. The billionaires and war criminals want to colonise Gaza - and they’re not even trying to hide it anymore.

Here’s what every Kiwi needs to understand straight up: A leaked document reveals that foreign billionaires are planning to take control of Gaza through a puppet government while Palestinians get no real say in their own future. This isn’t about peace - it’s about profit and colonial control dressed up as humanitarian aid.

Power Structure of Gaza International Transitional Authority (GITA) - Foreign Billionaires at Top, Palestinians at Bottom
Background: The Colonial Pattern Repeats Itself
This Gaza International Transitional Authority (GITA) plan follows the same colonial playbook that has been used across the Pacific and Africa for centuries. The blueprint is always the same: foreign “experts” and billionaires establish a governing board with supreme authority, while indigenous people are relegated to basic service delivery roles with no real power.
The document leaked to the ABC shows exactly how this modern colonisation would work. Tony Blair, the same war criminal who lied about weapons of mass destruction to justify invading Iraq, would lead this colonial enterprise. The Chilcot Inquiry found Blair “misused” intelligence and exaggerated evidence to justify the Iraq War, resulting in hundreds of thousands of deaths and regional instability that persists today.
Now Blair wants to apply the same colonial model to Gaza, backed by billionaire money and Christian nationalist ideology.
The Colonial Hierarchy Exposed
The GITA structure reveals a racist hierarchy that puts foreign billionaires at the top while Palestinians remain at the bottom. The international board would include American private equity billionaire Marc Rowan, who manages $733 billion in assets including significant Saudi Arabian investments, and Egyptian telecom magnate Naguib Sawiris.

Rowan isn’t just any billionaire - he’s chair of UJA-Federation of New York and vice chair of Darca Schools in Israel. His Apollo Global Management firm has deep ties to authoritarian regimes and Rowan has praised investors in the UAE and Singapore over American ones. This is about creating investment opportunities for billionaires, not helping Palestinians.
The plan also includes Aryeh Lightstone, CEO of the Abraham Accord Peace Institute, connecting this Gaza scheme directly to the Christian nationalist Abraham Accords project that has systematically excluded Palestinian voices.
The Christian Nationalist Connection
The Abraham Accords represent a fundamentalist religious alliance between Jewish, Christian, and Muslim extremists who share hostility toward democratic values and secular governance. American evangelicals support Israel not just for end-times prophecy, but because they believe God’s covenant with Israel is eternal.
This theological framework provides the ideological cover for colonial projects like GITA. Evangelicals identify with Israel as sharing democratic values, but their actual support enables authoritarian and colonial practices that contradict those very values.
The inclusion of Lightstone in the GITA plan connects Gaza’s proposed governance directly to this Christian Zionist network that has systematically worked to exclude Palestinian self-determination from any “peace” process.
Blair’s Billionaire Network
Blair’s involvement isn’t coincidental - his Tony Blair Institute has been transformed into a tech sales operation for Oracle billionaire Larry Ellison. Ellison has invested $348 million in Blair’s Institute since 2021, turning it into a lobbying machine for tech corporations seeking government contracts.

Tony Blair meeting with billionaire Marc Rowan to discuss Gaza governance
Former TBI staff describe joint retreats between Oracle and Blair’s Institute, with Oracle executives working alongside Blair’s team to pitch tech solutions to governments worldwide. This isn’t philanthropy - it’s corporate capture of political influence.
The connection to Gaza becomes clear when we see that Ellison specifically mentioned the NHS’s population data as a target for “unification”, with Blair’s Institute publishing reports echoing Ellison’s language about “fragmented” data infrastructure. Gaza’s reconstruction would create massive data collection and management contracts - exactly Oracle’s business.

Network of Power: The Hidden Connections Behind Gaza’s Colonial Takeover Plan
The Economic Exploitation Model
The leaked document reveals that GITA would cost $388 million over three years, with over $27 million budgeted for the international board alone. Meanwhile, the Palestinian Executive Authority - responsible for actually delivering services to people - gets minimal funding for basic operations.
The plan includes a “Gaza Investment Promotion and Economic Development Authority” tasked with “generating investable projects with real financial returns”. This language reveals the true purpose: creating profitable investment opportunities for foreign capital while Palestinians provide cheap labour and remain excluded from real ownership or control.
The Neocolonial Reality

Critics who have seen the plan correctly identify it as “an attempt at continued expansion by the state of Israel into Palestinian land” and “a set of word games that purports to end a genocide, but that is to be done at the great expense of the future wellbeing of the Palestinian people”.
Palestinian leaders have rejected similar plans, with the Palestinian People’s Party and Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine describing Trump’s broader plan as a “surrender formula that legitimises the occupation”.
From a global south perspective, Brazil and other nations have framed the Gaza conflict as a continuation of the decolonisation process, recognising that colonial powers like Britain continue to resist political devolution and Palestinian self-determination.
Implications for Māori and Indigenous Peoples
This Gaza plan represents the same colonial mentality that has oppressed Māori and indigenous peoples worldwide. The hierarchical structure, foreign board control, and economic exploitation model mirrors historical and contemporary colonisation everywhere from Te Moana-nui-a-Kiwa to Africa.
When foreign billionaires and war criminals like Blair claim to know what’s best for indigenous peoples while extracting wealth and maintaining control, it’s the same white supremacist logic that drives attacks on Māori sovereignty and Te Tiriti rights here in Aotearoa.
The connection to Christian nationalism is particularly relevant, as we see similar evangelical networks supporting anti-Māori rhetoric and opposing indigenous rights across settler colonies. The same theological frameworks that justify Israeli colonisation of Palestine are used to justify ongoing colonisation of Māori whenua.
Conclusion

The Māori Green Lantern Fighting Misinformation And Disinformation From The Far Right
The GITA plan reveals how modern colonialism works: billionaires, war criminals, and religious extremists collaborate to maintain control over indigenous peoples while extracting maximum profit from their suffering. Blair, Rowan, and their network represent the ugly face of neoliberal colonialism - they promise peace and development while delivering exploitation and continued oppression.
Palestinians deserve real self-determination, not puppet governance by foreign billionaires. Just as Māori deserve tino rangatiratanga, not neoliberal consultation processes designed to maintain Pākehā control.
We must reject these colonial schemes wherever they appear, whether in Gaza, Aotearoa, or anywhere else indigenous peoples fight for their rights and freedom.
Kia kaha Palestine. Kia kaha te iwi Māori.
